1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from our Workshop in China.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
- Handmade items or bulk-order quantities may require additional processing time
If there is a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide using trusted logistics providers.
Estimated delivery times:
2.1 Standard Shipping
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 8–18 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Asia: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Shipping method
- Order weight/size
Promotions or free shipping may be available during certain periods.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Handling fees charged by local customs
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the product price minus shipping costs.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not available or refusing the package
- Local courier restrictions
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number (when available)
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
7. Lost, Delay, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for:
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Long delays caused by customs or carriers
- Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer
However, if your package appears lost during transit, contact us — we will assist in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries or regions may have restrictions on importing certain craft items.
If your country prohibits certain materials (such as specific yarn or fabrics), the order may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to speed up delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
