At Arteora Crafts Workshop, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us.
Because most of our items are handmade yarn crafts or DIY kits, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to ensure smooth resolution for all customers.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product issue
  • Package condition (optional but helpful)

After review, we will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
    depending on the situation.

2.2 Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resend the missing items at no cost.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products (handmade yarn items + DIY kits), we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind / dislike the product
  • Color difference due to device screen display
  • Used or opened DIY kits
  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Orders delayed due to customs or logistics (outside our control)

4. Order Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled only if it has not been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In cases where a return is approved:

  • If the product is defective or we made a mistake → We cover return shipping or offer a free replacement.
  • If the customer requests a return for reasons not caused by us → Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not reimburse shipping fees paid at checkout unless the error is on our side.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return or refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank or payment provider)

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by customer
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or global logistics issues

However, if your package appears lost, we will help you contact the carrier to investigate the situation.

8. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items received

We do not accept exchanges for size, color preference, or style preferences.
