🛒 Pre-Orders
Some items may occasionally be available for pre-order due to high demand.
If a product is on pre-order, it will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Important Notes
• Orders containing a pre-order item will ship together
• We do not split shipments
• In-stock items will ship once the pre-order item becomes available
If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
If delays occur, pre-orders can be refunded upon request.

These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Arteora only covers the shipping cost (or free shipping promotion) and does not cover customs duties or import taxes.

⚠ Customs Inspections
Occasionally, packages may be:
- inspected by customs
- temporarily held for clearance
This process is controlled by local authorities and outside our control.
If a package is:
- seized by customs
- destroyed by authorities
- returned to our warehouse
Arteora cannot be responsible for the product or shipping costs.
If you wish to reship a returned order, the customer will need to cover the reshipping fee.
